When purchasing, including delivery of goods to a specific address/location, you are obliged to provide us with your name and surname, residential address/address for delivery of goods (street, house number, apartment number, city, postal code), mobile/landline phone number and E-mail address.

We disclose additional personal information and data to the Post Express courier service, with headquarters at Takovska Street 2, 11000 Belgrade, ID number: 07461429, PIB: 100002803. In this regard, by accepting the Privacy Policy, the user agrees that the said personal data will be submitted to the courier service which may process personal data exclusively for the purposes of the parcel delivery service.

Third party login (e.g. Google)

There are cases when you can provide us with personal data and information through a third party (e.g. Google, Facebook, etc.) in accordance with the conditions and privacy of those third parties, and those third parties transfer the personal data in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable form to the new manager, i.e. Amfibija. Since this transfer of information was made by a third party, in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies, we will consider that you have given your consent to those third parties to transfer the data. Therefore, we will not be responsible for the processing of personal data transmitted to us by third parties.

Right to erasure you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, e.g. before you have canceled the order and the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or there is no legal reason for the purposes for which they were collected or the processing is unlawful or the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a certain legal obligation.

The right to object you have the right to object to any processing or request that the processing of personal data be limited if the personal data is inaccurate, or/and you believe that the processing would be illegal, or Amfibija bases its processing on a legitimate interest, or you believe that Amfibija no longer needs to personal data for the purposes stated. Right to data transfer you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can also ask us to transfer such data directly to another controller where technically possible.
